Getting Started

Add your first reminderNever miss the little things.
  1. Open Planner by Ayemel.
  2. Tap the round + button.
  3. Choose Reminder, type what you need to remember and pick a due date and time.
  4. Choose a category (a Reminders list such as Home or Errands) and tap Save.

Reminders are saved straight into Apple Reminders, so they match on your Mac and iPad too.

Create a countdownCount down the days to something you’re looking forward to.
  1. Go to the Countdowns tab.
  2. Tap the round + button.
  3. Name the countdown and pick the date.
  4. Tap Save. It shows how many days are left.
Connect your calendarsPlanner uses the calendars already on your iPhone.
  1. When Planner asks, allow full access to Calendars and Reminders.
  2. Any calendar on your iPhone, including iCloud, Google or shared calendars added in the iPhone Settings app, appears in Planner.
  3. To show, hide or recolour calendars, open Settings with the gear in the top-right.

Planner never copies your events. It works directly with Apple Calendar and Reminders, so everything stays in sync. Read-only calendars, like holidays, can be shown, hidden and recoloured but not edited.

Turn on Glow syncShow period days and medication refills from Glow by Ayemel.
  1. In Glow by Ayemel, open Settings and, under This iPhone, turn on Share with Planner.
  2. In Planner, open Settings and find Health & Apps.
  3. Turn on Show period days and/or Show medications & refills.

Both switches are off by default. Planner asks for Apple Health permission only when you turn on Show period days. Leave both off and Planner is a plain calendar and reminders app.

Settings

Finding your way around SettingsSettings is always one tap away.

Tap the gear in the top-right of any main tab. Health & Apps has the switches for Glow by Ayemel and Budget by Ayemel. The About section has Contact Developer, and the app card sits at the bottom of Settings.

NotificationsPlanner uses regular push notifications only.

There’s no notification bell or in-app inbox. Alerts for events and reminders arrive as normal iPhone notifications. Set them up in Settings under Notifications.

Privacy & data

Where your data is storedYour plans stay in your own accounts.

Your events and reminders live in Apple Calendar and Reminders (usually your iCloud account). Planner’s own settings stay on your iPhone. We don’t collect your data, and there are no ads or trackers.

Free trial and pricingTry everything free for 30 days.

Planner by Ayemel starts with a 30-day free trial. After that it’s CA$2.99/month, CA$29.99/year, or CA$59.99 once for lifetime access.

Sharing between apps

How Planner works with Glow and BudgetEverything is opt-in and stays on your iPhone.

Glow by Ayemel can share period days and medication refills. Budget by Ayemel can share goal progress for countdowns. Each app has to turn on Share with Planner first, and Planner only reads the summary. It never edits your data in the other apps.

Troubleshooting

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app and tap Notifications.
  2. Tap Calendar and turn off Allow Notifications.
  3. Do the same for Reminders.

Planner sends the alerts on this iPhone, so Apple’s apps don’t need to. Your Mac and iPad will still alert as normal. Settings in Planner has a “Getting double alerts?” row that explains this again.
