Settings
Finding your way around SettingsSettings is always one tap away.
Tap the gear in the top-right of any main tab. Reminder options are under Notifications. The About section has Contact Developer, and the app card sits at the bottom of Settings.
NotificationsGlow uses regular push notifications only.
There’s no notification bell or recent notifications screen. Period, habit and medication reminders arrive as normal iPhone notifications. Choose which ones you get in Settings under Notifications.
Privacy & data
Where your data is storedYour health data is private by design.
Glow keeps your data on your iPhone and in your own iCloud account. Nothing is sent to our servers, and there are no ads or trackers. Sharing with Planner happens only on your iPhone, and only if you turn it on.
Free trial and pricingTry everything free for 30 days.
Glow by Ayemel starts with a 30-day free trial. After that it’s CA$2.99/month, CA$29.99/year, or CA$59.99 once for lifetime access.
Sharing between apps
What Planner can seePlanner only reads what you choose to share.
With Share with Planner on, Planner can show your period days, predicted periods and medication refill dates. Planner can’t edit anything, and dose history isn’t shared. Tapping a medication in Planner opens it in Glow.
Troubleshooting
My predictions look offPredictions improve with more logged cycles.
Glow needs a few logged cycles to predict well. Make sure your past periods are logged with the right start dates. If you’re in pregnancy mode, predictions are turned off.
